Why some people succeed with their goals while others just seem to constantly fail….the TRUTH!

I was looking back over my client book the other day comparing their initial assessment data to some I had taken in the last few weeks. The results achieved over the last 12 months are pretty amazing and speaks volumes of their hard work and investment they have shown.
This got me thinking though, what do these individuals have that the failing masses do not? Why did they achieve when others constantly fail?
Well after some careful thought I came up with the following answers, characteristics they all possess……the secrets of success!

Here’s what they all did-

They all started in EXACTLY the same place as you! Just as you are reading this website now you are consciously deciding to take ACTION to achieve your goals. Personal training might not be the right answer for you? For my clients though it most definitely was!

They all sought EXPERT KNOWLEDGE, tired of failing at diets, stale gym routines and an un balanced lifestyle they all wanted the best possible advice so they could guarantee the change would happen! Think about it do you pull your own teeth out just because you have tooth ache?.....Personally I turn to an expert.

They all used SPEED; they didn’t wait around for weeks thinking about it, they all took IMMEDIATE ACTION.

Finally they all have COMMITMENT- the key to success! One thing that never differs is the amount needed to make the change. You have decided to embark upon a monumental journey in your life, having the commitment to your trainer and more importantly to yourself will ensure you achieve the once un achievable.

There you have it, it really is that simple. The only question is are you ready to take MASSIVE ACTION?
